I'm 50 miles away form the factory, how close are you if don't mind me asking? I wanted to do the factory pick up too if possible.

I was a 11/27/18 preorder, but was max pack... Now downgraded for 2022 delivery.

Congrats on your delivery. The 22's look sweet. That's what i originally had, but switched to the 20"AT tires after hearing all the talk on the forum. Now wonder if i really would prefer the 22"s. Same color, different interior for me. Going Ocean Coast....eventually. I am preorder Dec 10, 2018, so hoping that since yours was 3 weeks earlier than mine that maybe i'm in the window of delivery in the next 3 weeks! April/May delivery window from last update. Hoping it's still in that range. Enjoy the new ride!

One thing I'm noticing about these deliveries is that they're either coming with, or receiving quickly, the latest updates. As opposed to Tesla, where you wait and wait and wait after getting a new vehicle to get the latest updates. Kinda strange. I like that Rivian is, at least for now, pushing them immediately.

Well it's easier to push software updates immediately to a 1,000 (Rivian) vehicles vs nearly 2,000,000 (Tesla). But yes, the wait can be agonizing!

Don't suppose you noticed or asked about any delays for interior color choice other than black?

Did not ask and from the cat walk we could seen maybe 20 30 vehicles I did not see any with different interiors.

Congratulations! While I wish I was getting mine today, I do take pleasure in the collective Rivian community receiving their trucks -- it's been a long time in the making.

Did you order any extras with the truck? E.g., tent, kitchen, wall charger. I've probably missed it with posts on other deliveries, but I haven't seen anyone talk about anything beyond the cross bars as included at time of delivery.

I did not have extras. I think I have seen some posts where people had some items delivered(wall charger) via ups separately but they were not factory pickup.

Yes it was 1 out of all the vehicles we saw but could not tell the interior it was too far away.

If this dosen't take you too it then here is my best description, it is due east of the north east corner of the main building. The north exit of the delivery center is on the east west road that leads to the test track on the east side of the property.

I did not see what I thought were customer R1S's. I saw just a couple with panels off so I assumed they were testing processes or pieces.
