I put $12k down... I never noticed my city tax was not included until it was pointed out. Typically this is something that would be rolled into the loan.how much are you putting down?
Did you not notice city tax wasn't included? I'm surprised your CU didn't point this out.

I fully agree… I am not one of those people who believe in belittling someone to get their way. I believe in treating others how you want to be treated. My frustration is truly with the lack of communication when I am told he’ll get back to me. Even then, I politely ask for an update and give plenty of time for a response.Couldn't agree more and I suggest taking this approach in almost all other situations as well. Even when you have been clearly wronged by a company it never helps to call up and scream at someone, even if that is what you want to do on the inside. Plus, there is a lot of bad customer service happening right now, across the board. Who wants to be angry all the time?
Not saying the OP did that at all - just generalizing.
I just expected better communication through this process. But it sounds like guides may be over extended with their customer load.
