We did a round trip drive from metro detroit to ft myers florida. I was going to do a writeup on it but been hammered at work since getting back from vacation.

I thought you were supposed to get hammered on vacation, not when you get back to work. That must be a fun job!

Stopped by my dealer, sounds like they just have to click a button in their system to verify the order if I don't get options on it.

Dealer said they are pretty early on the allocation list. Should expect my truck mid December to early January. Looks like GM is going to beat Rivian to my driveway.

I think they have revamped the system since the early deliveries as it sounds like people are able to completely bypass needing to go to the dealer now.

In all seriousness, congrats on probably making 45-50k post taxes after getting to play with the truck for 4K miles. Quite the deal.

All you have to do is claim an equal amount of money as a business loss, and then *poof*.
