If you have google or Apple Maps on your phone you can enter the destination, choose the route they offer (not Rivian’s Mapbox route), then use the “share” function to choose your Rivian. This sends the route to your Rivian and it will load when it wakes up.

CarPlay is not coming. They never promised it and have said multiple times it’s not happening.

This is not correct. You can search on Google Maps or Apple Maps on your phone and send to your Rivian, but your Rivian is only receiving the (correct) designation, and not the routing. Your Rivian routes the trip using the destination you sent it using MapBox (and now incorporating ABRP).
