It kept trying to route me onto a freeway, yesterday, that is closed for roadwork.
Last week it routed me off of a freeway, because of some issue, but the road it routed me onto was much worse. The freeway issue was apparently quickly resolved; I watched the traffic on the freeway passing on by, while I was stuck on the side road for over an hour.
It frequently gives conflicting voice guidance, or says the wrong street name.
The navigation system is just not ready for prime time. I sure hope it improves quickly.

Anyone else have trouble with Navigation getting the gps location right? In particular, nav well tell me I'm a mile away from an exit that I just passed and will also fail to recognize I'm on an interstate/freeway and keep directing me through side streets, etc. It's gotten to be useless even with resets.

I've noticed occasional lags, but nothing as bad as what you describe. However, I did run side-by-side nav instructions using my iPhone, and all three times, Rivian was directing me to use the longer route. That bothers me since the charging infrastructure isn't as dense as gas stations. Plus, I hate wasting time.

Been meaning to send a ticket in for this, but keep getting sidetracked. Thanks for the reminder. Haha
