I live in Santa Rosa and I’ve been loosely monitoring. The first hint was the job postings, but it’s good we now officially see it in the map. Having to deal with Bay Area traffic for service is not fun.

Good to know. Randy is a stand up guy, especially since their SC took a month or so to finally fix all my suspension issues. Always made sure I had a loaner and even dropped my truck off on two occasions after they kept missing fixes. Never had a problem getting in quickly when the issues cropped back up. Granted, that was after they didn’t even fix a couple issues before giving me the truck back. At least they made it right.

Note for Rivian corporate, doing piecemeal fixes when you know Gen 1 suspension parts go bad does not save money—it burns labor hours and annoys the customers. Just replace the whole thing with Gen 2 parts and be done with it. The poor Martinez SC probably spent way more labor hours than they’d have to if they just swapped it all out when on the lift.
