I picked up a used Gen2 R1S about a month ago. Limestone ocean coast Dual motor max battery with performance and all terrain package.
I was going to try and lease with the qtr end incentives but this was had almost the exact specs I wanted so I went used.

I was also slightly worried about missing out on 2026 updates but really glad I did not wait.

I have had a Model Y for 2.5 years so not used to EVs and have been following Rivian closely since considering it back in 2023.

Recently did a short trip and took it off-road. Overall very happy but there are things that Tesla does better that make the price jump more difficult to accept like the phone key.

Couple questions. It looks like I have the performance audio but not the dynamic glass. Currently they are packaged together were they previously separated?

I also didn't get a spare but have the spare jack kit. Did all all-terrains get the spare and did the prior owner just keep or sell it?

Should I have sport mode since I have the performance package?

But isn't it part of the sound and vision package so shouldn't I have both premium audio and the dynamic glass?
It wasn't always packaged together. When gen 2s first rolled out it was a standalone option.

Currituck or Carova?

My guess is it didn't come with a spare.

At the start of Gen 2, the premium sound and dynamic glass roof were separated. They were bundled together shortly thereafter.

If you have the performance package you would have sport, sand and rally modes. If you have the all terrain package you would have sand and likely rally on a dual motor.

If you don't have the performance package you can turn down stability to lock AWD or use an off road mode.

I have snow, rally, all-terrains and soft sand

The all-terrain package should have included a compact spare for an R1S. Original owner must've removed it. It seems a bit of a joke anyway. I removed mine and use the area for storage.
