Looks like the Normal plant is adding a Buzz, Squeaks, Rattles (BSR) test track to the end of their production line to improve initial vehicle quality.

Lol... they could make multiple test tracks.... Today is Los Angeles County pothole edition rally track!! Slalom course would be a mix of abandoned shopping carts, broken bird scooters and an occasional bike frame still locked without wheels to a stop sign.
