Really like my ocean coast - living in the south, no way am I going with dark interior. Have 40,000 miles on my R1T and love it. Stains have not been a problem - however I do not wear jeans very often and no kids or dogs. I found that the center arm rest is most likely to get dirty. I use car guys super cleaner - works better than anything else I've used.

Thanks for all the pics! Regardless of interior color something that really impresses me about Rivian's seats is the sturdiness of the material itself. No noticeable wrinkles in that vegan faux leather. I recently saw Kyle Conner's Out of Spec one year review of his R1T and he points this out. He really wanted the Ocean Coast interior but due to availability issues at the time of his purchase he went with the green interior. Nonetheless he was really impressed with how well the material keeps it's shape and it doesn't ripple or wrinkle.

I went with the OC interior, as well. It is a family car, and I am sure will get plenty of higher than usual use in the second two rows. Last night I applied the Gyeon Leather Shield. Very simple application (plenty of videos on Youtube showing it). I think this is a must for those that have OC to help assist in the quick wipe downs of spills/dirt.

The question I have for those that have applied the ceramic coatings, what do you use to clean? Do you use water and microfiber towel. or some kind of solution? This is my first interior ceramic experience, so just want to be sure I do not use anything that would degrade the protective coating pre-maturely.

I have had the R1T for 1 year. Not a single stain on any OC surface. I do go in with CarPro Inside Cleaner (standard stuff, not the leather cleaner) every few months and it’s holding up well.

I've owned my OC interior R1T since March 2023 and it has over 25k miles on it. I pay zero attention to what I wear in it. But I've had zero staining issues.

Even with my 9 year old and his friends dragging mud and who-knows-what throughout my backseat (and the neighbor kid vomited on it when I took him to school one day... that little). Anyway, I've only ever used Cockpit Premium and a microfiber towel and everything I was ever even somewhat concerned about comes right off. It looks like new, and I love it.
