Hi all. I just realized that the onboard compressor in my R1T wouldn't turn on at all. The display is dead as well. It is working normally for suspension. Did anyone else have this issue? Will I be able to access it if I open the panels in the bed. It started after the service center replaced the tonneau cover. Any help is appreciated. TIA

There are plugs on the back side that can be accessed if you remove the side panel bolts. Guessing they just forgot to plug one back in.

The suspension uses a separate compressor from the one used for filling tires.

Suspension is a different compressor.

If you want to disassemble the bedside trim panel to investigate, this video by BuiltRight is a good reference on how:

Hi all. Thank you for the responses. As suspected, the service center did not connect anything before putting the side panel back in.

This happened to my father’s truck on the other side—the outlets didn’t work after it went to the service center. The mobile tech found that they hadn’t plugged anything in on that side after doing his tonneau cover 🙄
