Well, after 2 MAJOR ($30K + $33.5K) accidents in 8 months (neither my fault) and being without my 2023 Rivian R1S Gen 1 for 7 out of the last 10 months (mostly due to the insurance company's delayed approvals), I can honestly say, Jeff Shaw's Collision Craft in Baltimore (Rivian-certified) does GREAT work and I absolutely HIGHLY recommend them.

11/19/2024: Lead vehicle in 3 vehicle accident in Baltimore Ft. McHenry Tunnel
7/10/2025: Direct hit on charger port and front driver-side wheel by 76 year old woman who was sitting at stop sign and then decided to cross intersection w/o looking in my on-coming direction

Maybe a "Before and After" shot is appropriate for this kind of post.... 🤔 🤷‍♂️ Glad it worked out... I think...

I actually tried uploading some images but it was taking too long. Let me try attaching again to the original post.

I was just excited to see it, since mine has had two 3rd party certified shops work on ours... One was terrible and the other I recommend.

Roger that. For some reason it's not uploading. Let me try adding hyperlinks to them on Google Drive.
