I placed an order from the shop for a used Rivian just over a week ago. I completed all paperwork, insurance, etc. paid in full also. Delivery was set for Tuesday.
I just got an email yesterday saying my delivery was canceled due to a VIN change.
the exact vehicle I ordered is now available again in the shop at a lower price.
anyone had this happen?
Iāve reached out to guide and chat and itās all āafter hours or weāll get back to you in 1-2 daysā but thatās when I was supposed to have it delivered.
I emailed and told them Iād like it at the lower price itās currently listed at. Just donāt get how they can do this since all paperwork was completed etc.
