Overcharging for tire rotation

Do you guys request mobile service by calling Rivian service and agree on the price and if it includes rotate and balancing prior to sending them out? I want to make sure I know what everything costs so they can’t pull a fast one on me like charging for “courtesy inspection”

At least for me, I put in a ticket, then they called me, I asked to make it mobile and they said ok. Later Mobile called to give me a time.

Nobody ever mentioned pricing before doing the work and I never authorized any number
