Passenger Side-View Mirror Replacment

Just the side mirror for my F-150(camping style mirror)was over $1000 6 years ago and I got a discounted price and that was me installing it.

I damaged the housing on the driver's side mirror (R1T gen1). Body shop quoted $2400 (Austin, TX) noting they would have to send the truck to the service center for calibration. I put in a service ticket with Rivian (noting no damage to the door) and they quoted 1300. The truck is in the shop now. Rivian was unable to reuse the painted cover and the replacement part is just primed. So they had to send the housing to a body shop to be painted. I'm not sure if they will up my ticket for that. I should know next week.

I bought the mirror glass replacement off if eBay today. I'll let everyone know how it goes. I may try to order new glass from Rivian as a backup.

I received the mirror glass replacement and swapped it out this afternoon. I just got back from a test drive. The mirror works great! The blind spot indicator works just fine and the car alerts me if I try to move into the right-hand lane when there is a car next to me. I'll stay on alert for any issues that might indicate calibration problems, but so far, it looks the cracked mirror glass was the only issue. Thanks, all, for saving me $2,600.

If this was for your right side mirror, can you post the eBay link to the item? I just had the same thing happen to me over the weekend and I can't find just the right mirror glass on eBay (although I do see the glass for the left mirror)

The seller is Auto Parts LAX. Here's the link: https://www.ebay.com/str/autopartslax. They seem to have fairly random items. The glass that I bought was the only one that I could find at the time.

Do you happen to know the part number for the gen2 mirror glass passenger side? Or is there a parts fiche somewhere accessible to the public? I assumed you needed to be a certified repair center to see that. Thanks in advance!
