Thanks. Sharing it for others - money is withdrawn in my case from both accounts. So I believe it is not an issue even though rivian site is showing same account , money is taken from separate accounts correctly

I split payment. When paying online it had me SSO into Chase, choose my accounts and make payments. Not sure if it was possible for two different institutions though.

Did it require you to make the split payments at the same time? Or can you pay in part now, and pay the rest later?

My experience was you have to pay off full balance before you can pick up vehicle. For me they wanted full payment at pickup.

What would be reason you could not pay at same time.

Brought cashiers check to pickup and got in the S to accept delivery a minute later on the app.

Rivian does not need good faith money although the reservation fee might be just that.
