Picked up my new R1S

Enjoying my new Rivian R1S which I picked up at the Grand Rapids Service Center on Thursday (7/18). This was a demo vehicle purchase. A 2023 Quad R1S on 22" bright sport wheels with front PPF already installed. Forest green exterior and ocean coast on the inside. I promptly road-tripped the car back to Georgia where I reside. Made the 800 mile trip (with a quick overnight stay with family in Louisville, Kentucky). I must say this car made for one of the easiest road trips I've ever made. Mixed in a couple RAN stations with Electrify American charging units. Great experience overall. Happy to be a part of the Rivian family.

The car had 883 when I signed for it on Thursday.

The ride was so much fun. Love the power in particular. Made the entire trip on "All purpose" mode. The 800 mile trip felt more like a 400 mile trip.

Congrats. I love the 22 brights and the forest green is awesome. Did you have the 19.4 update? On the road it may not make a difference but in town it has an improved ride.

So I left the Grand Rapids SVC with the older software version but along the drive I was prompted for the new version. When we stopped in Kentucky to have dinner with our family I ran the software update and the next day we drove back to Atlanta on the new software. I can already appreciate all the changes.
