Portland SC review

I am temporarily in Portland, Oregon and had an opportunity to use the Portland service center. Super great experience, not crowded, friendly team.
The parking lot is a bit small compared to most service centers and they will struggle if they get busy like the SCs in Southern California. But it’s a great place to get your vehicle serviced.

I post this because it seems most of us only post SC complaints which makes the Rivian service experience sound like it’s terrible. I’m sure there are many people who have had a great SC experience but just haven’t posted. I encourage you to reply to this thread with a quick 1 liner of the service center, and whether it is positive or negative experience.

Vehicle pickup and service at Portland SC since Feb 2024. First rate!

Vehicle pickup at Gaithersburg SC in May 2024. Also excellent!

I would recommend either of these Service Centers highly.

When Rivian is good, which is much of the time, it is VERY VERY good....

My experience has been the same with both locations as well. Reading other experiences at other SCs, I feel very lucky to be close to two great ones.
