Service appointment yesterday to replace my tonneau cover with the reengineered cover. Original cover still opened but wouldn’t close the last two inches (towards the tailgate) without a bit of assistance (pulling it). Arrived at the Madison Heights, MI service center just before 9 a.m. Was told job might be done in a day but could take two days. Handed over the truck and took a Lyft (arranged/paid by Rivian) over to Enterprise. Received a Kia EV6 as a loaner. At 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, received a text saying they expected the truck to be done by end of the day today (Wednesday). At 3 p.m., received a phone call saying the truck was ready and a review of the work they did.

Arrived at the service center to find the truck charged up, washed, and the inside had been vacuumed out. Very positive service experience! Big shout out to the Madison Heights team!!!!
