I'm on my 3rd alignment now for the R1T pulling right. The most recent alignment they did was within spec but they tweaked it a little. I also have steering wheel vibration at 60mph+. I'm on 22" brights.

When driving straight on the highway my steering wheel was crooked a little to the left. I haven't received the vehicle back yet to see how much of an improvement has been made. I'll report back on that.

The service center did a road force balance and put the best two tires up front. They noticed that the front right tire had a lot more tread wear than the rest of the tires by "a few 32nds" so they replaced it with a new tire. I'm only at 6500 miles so I can't believe one tire wore more than a few 32nds of an inch more than the others. Looks like I may not be getting much life out of the sport wheels.

They mentioned a software update to help with the alignment coming in Q1 23. It was supposed to make it on the previous update but didn't fully pass testing yet. I'm concerned that while the software update will address the pulling and crooked steering wheel (hopefully), I'll still see uneven tire wear.

I bought a digital tire tread gauge and will measure how much is left after 6500 miles. Does anyone else have any data on how many miles they got on the 22" tires or how many miles you currently have and at what tread depth?

helpful to hear others having this issue. my wheel was off center to the left on delivery. alignment has corrected most of the issue but I still feel like it never tracks straight and pulls either direction. I have to keep my hands firmly on the wheel and constantly adjust.

I have a similar issue. This is after 11,900 miles (approximately 6,000 in Conserve mode). Rivian replaced the two front tires, with no explanation of the cause. Picts are of front and back tire comparison.

Assume That the first image is the front?

You also mentioned that just more than half of total miles on conserve mode so it's not surprising that the fronts has worn much more than the rears. It's in FWD mode so just like any other FWD vehicle, the drive wheel will wear faster than the non-drive wheel.

Question: Did you rotate your tires at 5K~6K miles?

Wow, that difference is shocking. I've had a couple FWD cars, although not has heavy as the Rivian, they didn't chew through front tires that much.
