Problems with Electrify America Today?

I had EA chargers cut out on me 10 times today after delivering between 2 and 10 kwh. It happened several times in the morning at one location and even more times at two different locations in the afternoon. The last time was after using a stall that had successfully put ~40kwh into a Polestar. I just got off the phone with Rivian and the cs rep said I was the 4th person she had heard from today about problems with EA. Anyone else? In 3 1/2 years of Tesla ownership, relatively limited supercharger use has been seamless and without problems. Six weeks of Rivian ownership has been a shitshow with EA...

Did you do a reset? Do you have the latest software? I am just trying to see if it is a Rivian thing.

I used several EA chargers in Utah and Idaho today. Only one issue where it stopped the charge after like 90kWh, but it was due to a reload payment processing issue and intentional.

I did encounter a few slow chargers yesterday also there was a girl next to me trying to charge an EV6 in Hepburn ID who was having what sounds like similar issues.

YES!!!! Maiden voyage outside of hometown this week and first real test of DCFCing…used EA mostly and had SEVERAL issues with most locations both 350kw and 150kw chargers that kept ending the charge after just a few minutes…SO ANNOYING!!! Ended up getting home St. louis to OKC with 8 miles of charge left…after charging like 10 times at every stop! Did stop at 1 Chargepoint, and it worked fine.

On a side note, every EA location I went to had 1 of the 4 units down, and most of the time the 350kw units put out 35kw!!! 10% of advertised…ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME? Mostly good luck w/150kw plugs, but last few had the same premature stopping of the charge…

Needless to say, NOT a good first go at traveling with an EV on the DCFC networks!!! Just appears that the infrastructure is NOT maintained…almost every location had sunburnt screens that were unreadable and communication issues that left one unit out of service, while 350kw units put out 10% of advertised charge….WE HAVE ALOT TO WORK ON AMERICA!
