Product delivery representations by EV BASE

I have repeatedly been given incorrect information about the delivery of my running boards that I ordered from @EVBASE. Has anyone else had that experience or is anyone else having that experience now. I can’t find a way to even talk to them on the phone. They require the email communication and that are not properly responsive. The last promise I got was that they would arrive on February 8 which was the latest promise. They also indicated that the actual shipper would be in touch with me a week before delivery and I have received no information from them whatsoever.
