Purchase unlock?

I'm exactly one week from my delivery day, I've uploaded all my documents. Handled my trade appraisal, the last thing left is for my purchase part to unlock so I can do my deal. How close to delivery does this unlock, I would have thought this would have been available by now.

Reach out to your Guide and ask them. We didn't trade a car in. We put $30k down and then sold our vehicle and deposited in the credit union and then the credit union wired the money to Rivian.

It was frustrating because I think our guide was new and didn't really know how to handle what we wanted to do.

It got a bit wonky for the two weeks prior to delivery for me as well. Never knew if I was going to ever take delivery but then I did right on time. Little more slipshot than I wanted but in the end it worked out.
