Question... no "Controls" on my Rivian App

Happened to me too. Infotainment reset did nothing. I ended up setting up my home address and then the next day the controls appeared. No app or software versions changed!

I don't have controls on my app either. I just have the climate screen and I can see charging and I can lock and unlock. I can't do anything other than that with my app either.

I posted this same question last week and still have no answer. Controls showed while I was taking delivery and disappeared shortly after. It’s been a week now and still nothing

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, logout and login, and remove/add my phone as a key. Still no controls

Thanks! Set Home. Now wait and see if app updates. Strange that the delivery guy didn't say anything.

After i took a delivery, my app did not has the control button. I checked version of the vehicle and the app. The vehicle and app version are final one. One day the function came up on app without touch and upgrade.

I'm on iPhone and couldn't seem to locate the app version. I'll look again.

Go to manage account in the Rivian App, version is on the top left corner.

Have you tried a soft reboot?

My controls magically reappeared a couple of days after posting. Perhaps my truck is reading this forum.

I'm version 1.7.0 and I do not have the controls. Also my home address is added to both the app and the truck. I've done the restart thing and nothing. I can cool the climate down and lock/unlock the truck but that's it.

Edit: As I was typing this I went back to the main menu and the controls button appeared. It seems as though the app has a ghost that's watching to see who posts what on this form indeed.
