R1S Colors decision...

Here’s the great news: you can’t go wrong. Rivian absolutely nailed every interior and exterior color. They all look great.

That’s why you see so many different opinions on “best color” or “best interior / exterior pairing.” Favorites are subjective, but no matter which combination you choose, you are going to love it.

Red for exterior. Why is this even a question? ?

Had a loaner T, Red exterior with green interior (a combo you can't get now). I really do like the wood on with the green and the green interior isn't all that green. I have messy kids, wouldn't even consider white.

We have a dog as well, who we take hiking and swimming often. We figured that would rule out the OC. Unfortunately, we have no easy way of seeing this combo in person. I do feel much better though hearing all of the above opinions. Thanks everyone for the replies.

Having a dog changes my recommendation (eliminates Ocean Coast). Black mountain is what I have on my R1T and it is perfect, perfect, perfect for a truck, muddy skiing, mountain biking, truck work.

Our R1S (pick up this Thursday) is my wifes, it is 100% her vehicle. She has selected Red Canyon, Ocean Coast, which I think is hands down the best combo for an R1S. She said, I will not own anything but Ocean Coast, as it elevates the class and seems to open up the interior to feel more room and obviously brighter. Limestone/OC was her second choice. She made final decision at the Laguna Beach Rivian Experience.
