So I finally took delivery after more than 3 years, very psyched! Happy to report there is a 12V plug in the frunk, as has been mentioned by others. However, no first aid kit (according to delivery guy this is the new norm). Just noticed a small issue with the automatic liftgate, it sometimes won’t close completely by itself, so it just goes backup (it closes if I give it a nudge, but clearly it’s not how it should be). Will put in my first service ticket.

I am very envious. I will be in NYC this weekend and I woudl love to run by the SC and see your R1S...but then some security guard would probably tackle me in the parking lot, since its NYC they would sodemize me with a broomstick, and it would just turn into a bad day.
But besides that, envious of you and hope you post some pics

Just cruised by the Denver SC and there were at least half a dozen silver R1S in the staging lot.

The SC probably has 60 or 70 vehicles in the lot at the moment.

Got my R1S today!! in rainy San Jose. The person showing me the vehicle ask we not try a 0-60 until the roads dry. My wife met someone later that day who asked how long we waited. She thought a 1.5 to 2. I told her its been over 3, I thought she was lucky that she didn’t witness a complete meltdown.

I took delivery at the factory last week, enjoyed the factory tour, and the Rivian tour guide said the first Ocean Coast R1S was just produced, with Silver exterior. Second one was about to be produced. Also said they were no longer batching colors, interior or exterior, and we saw that on the production line … 5 R1S’ in a row on the line with different colors.

Looks beautiful, and I really get upset that I didn't go with the LE option when I could have. Hope you post some more pics as the R1S is stunning and reinforces my decision for the LAS+21"+OC
