R1S + Liftmaster Garage Door Programming not working

I’ve successfully programmed our R1T to both a Genie and Liftmaster opener. The R1S was successful with the Genie opener but after some time I can’t get it to work with the Liftmaster.
It syncs with the remote but won’t sync with the receiver. I’ve attempted the learn button during various parts of Rivian’s sync process but no go. Again the R1T worked.
Anyone else have a similar issue? Any new solutions?

Same issue, same garage door opener.

I have an open ticket for mobile service in October (small fixes), I’ve added it to the list. Hoping they can shed light on this issue. ??‍

Try one more time with the Rivian inside the garage rather than in front of it. Mine finally synched that way.

I had problems with my Liftmaster and I believe I changed the battery to get it to work.

Thanks. The remote syncs no problem. Can’t get past the multiple “tests”.

Thanks to the group for the suggestions. I have it working. Purchased a different remote from Home Depot and it worked instantly (even though the original remote worked with the R1T.
This was an experiment to use the Rivian opener for my gate. Used a Liftmaster 850lm and with the Chamberlain 950EV remote was able to make it work.
