ICE vehicles of similar value will have depreciated just as much and that does not include the fuel & maintenance costs.
For my area the fuel costs over the life of the ICE vehicle for my needs can add up to more than the purchase price of the ICE truck/suv.
This and fuel/exhaust is only a liability, not a depreciating asset.
Plenty of opportunity for more Rivian S/C up here.
