Conserve, lowest ride height, stiff ride, and max regen will get you the best efficiency. But your speed and elevation gain will matter more than anything else. But if there are chargers along the way, I agree with MrMusAddict.
Lowest height lacks damping on the roads/highways and I find it no more efficient in terms of range than low.

Max regen has the highest energy recovery but not necessarily highest efficiency. At higher speeds, say 75mph+, the ability to coast result in higher efficiency than max energy recovery. So standard regen would result in slightly better efficiency in terms of range. If Rivian had low regen, that would be even better for a long range driving.

On road trips, I start off at 100% charge and recharge to 90% on the road between charges. I find that this combo allows me to skip a charge for one day's driving on the road. Clearly, would need to be fully charged for the next day at the end-of-the-day destination.

In the Conserve mode, the extra few miles help reach the next charging station and with charging to 90% results in about 500 miles in the real world range.
