R1S Scared of the Dark?

So I've become accustomed to the occasional software related issues, especially after an update. A reset seems to fix them. I had a new one this morning. The driver's side mirror indicator was on steady bright white. It was startling when I walked into the dark garage this morning, it looked like the R1S needed a night light.

I wasn't aware the mirror indicator had different colors. I was on the charger overnight with cabin preconditioning scheduled and completed. The indicator did not go out when I put it in reverse and only went out with a soft reset. Anyone have a similar experience?

It would be a cool feature addition, the ability to turn these on, it put out quite a bit of light!

The flood lights are an option to put on.

You access them from the drop-down vehicle menu you can turn left and right on and off independently

The same menu where you can tell your mirrors to fold in. In fact, if you ever do that process manually you very well may have hit the light control on accident.

Well my wish has been granted! Thanks! I typically don't use the fold button, but I do open the charge port using the button often, I must have fat fingered the flood lights button!

This feature is definitely on my Gen1. It is also selectable in camping mode.
