Is this normal? Driver side mounts have no play, both passenger side mounts have similar play (please see video).

The tightness is user-adjustable. Search for the other thread(s) where they describe how to do this.

I flipped mine a 180 and it fixed it lol.. worth a shot .. make sure you hear that click when you close the latch where the key goes

Thanks all, though I don't think this is the crossbar latch... the mount itself is moving. Or maybe I'm not understanding correctly?

The mount would be the piece permanently attached to your bed rail. You're saying that is moving? If so, thats a service center visit.

If you are talking about the crossbar being loose, once mounted (not the mount on the truck being loose)—then I recall past threads (there are many) saying tension of the crossbar latches can be adjusted with two screws at the bottom of each mounting "tower". You might need to pull/pry open a cover to access them.
