I've had a few loaners that seemed like rejects but better than an Enterprise rental. I had crooked steering wheels, super loud 20" tires because of mileage, speakers and trim that rattled like crazy.
My biggest complaint are customers that get loaners and are complete slobs when handing them back. While Rivian should probably do a better job of cleaning, people should have some respect for the trucks they are loaned and clean up after themselves.
