Yes, but the Schwab rep wanted to stay on the phone while I did the online work and that helped. They also comp'd the wire fee since ACH didn't work.

Any folks taking delivery from the Sacramento Service Center at the end of the year? I am in Truckee, CA and haven't heard anything from my guide since confirming in early November. I have emailed and texted. Assuming nothing will be known till the January update, but just wondering if Sac was moving any vehicles or if everyone else is in the same position

Sacramento Is closest for me too. However, I’m taking delivery in South SF due to that being my original closest service center FWIW. Was told shifting to Sacramento would delay. Unclear whether that was “any change will delay” or “Sac isn’t delivering yet at scale.”

Never underestimate the value of a little "good will" offering. Seems that kind of thing has largely disappeared nowadays (possibly due to people feeling so entitled?) ... so when you go out of your way to do something nice for people they really take notice.

They still have room to improve.
I went in at my appointment time to pickup my new truck and they said they are replacing the front camera. Please wait 45 min. I waited 2 hrs and they sent me home because they have issue aligning the ADAS system. Then I went back a couple hours and it was all working. They gave me a $20 starbux card and some stickers for my inconvenience. I wasn't too bothered.
The only issue found so far is the tail gate doesn't automatically open. I see they tried to adjust the fitment because the paint on the screws on the gooseneck hinge is all stripped.
