Super bummed…went June/July to October-December

2 emails went out, 1 said R1S new windows for 22 deliveries and people with 22 deliveries moving to 23 wI’ll go out in the next 2 weeks. The next one we’re R1T delivery schedules moving a little one way or the other and R1S deliveries sliding 3 + months.

My R1S went from June/July to October/ December.

Ugh, I went from July -September 2022 to.... second half of 2023 for R1T despite changing to black mountain. Probably due to my location.

Good chance I end up getting an Ioniq 7 or electric Silverado instead.

It sounds like they moved up the cutoff for 2021 orders who will get a truck in '22.

I moved back on my eta and was a 11/2021 pre-order...

I've seen several manual tonneaus slide to the end of the year. I strongly suspect this is the prevailing "supply constraint" for non-OC R1Ts.

Exactly the same boat…sorry to join you in your Rivian misery. I still really want it but am going to need a place filler

Fortunately for me I am on no schedule, plenty of miles left on my Jeep GC. There is nothing else out there currently I would choose so I’m waiting it out.

Just a little bummed because if this window slips it bumps into 2023…. Really was hoping for this year.

Looks like I will need another roll of duct tape to keep my current vehicle going.

Out of the same service center that is delivering a very similar configuration (different wheels) to a fortunate gentleman that ordered in Jan 22. I assume he was in the “pilot” for the R1 shop as he switched from a CY Adventure to a RC LE. He’s a brother in this forum so thrilled for him but raised eyebrow at Rivian.

I just really can't see myself configuring the powered tonneau. I know it's gonna break at some inopportune time. That said, if an exact match for my config but with a powered tonneau comes along in the Shop I'm going to probably buy it

i hear you, I have been struggling with that decision. I guess I am hopping by the time the warranty is up they would have fixed all the issues ?

R1T LE moved from May/June to November. After already delivering many vehicles for people that ordered in 2022 in same city.

I'm done with this company. I've been hopeful for too long anyway. Incompetent beyond anything I've experienced.

My El Cap/BM, LE R1S w 22” went from Jun/Jul to Oct-Dec …

I find the 2 reasons given sort of suspect. 1 - What combination would be “easier”?
2 - My local service center is delivering R1T 5 hours away already, I’m and hour and a half.

R1Ts moving left in the schedule is at the expense of R1S moving right, no doubt.
