R2 Color Help Needed

Im a young professional male. Its my time to order an R2, and struggling. I want something sporty and professional and masculine. My favorite Rivian Color is Storm Blue. Wish it was available for R2. I plan on doing Coastal Cloud interior when available.

For reference, my last Lexus NX 300 was silver, and my wife's vehicle is white. I plan on ceramic tint for windows.

Initially loved and was sold on Catalina Cove, but struggling with it in the light, appears too teal for me to love it consistently. So i think im moving away from it.

I like the uniquness of Launch Green but find it muddy/too rugged at times.

I think im now debating between Launch Green, Esker Silver, and Half Moon Grey.

Any advice would be great.

Color is highly subjective, outside the practical considerations of how much heat it absorbs and how much it shows dirt.

I'd say if you are just as happy with the silver as the others, save yourself a grand or two and roll with that. Silver hides dirt and rejects heat well.

But most importantly, go with what will make you happiest every time you see it.

that's a joke...get whatever color you like the most out of those 3 you mentioned - why would you decide based on what some complete stranger says he likes better? Even what spits 'professional' color wise is so subjective...

Launch green with a matte ppf wrap. Keep with the black interior, I wouldn't consider a white interior to be very masculine

The most masculine color is Borealis, because it shows you are independent and confident. I do think CC is the most "feminine". I would be happy rocking either color, but I prefer the more fun Rivian Blue to the CC.

Personally going Launch Green. My brother is going with Borealis, so we don't want to have the same color. I like that Launch Green kind of reminds me of taking a ponderosa and blending the pine needles and the bark together, and that's the color you end up with. It looks good in snow, with red rocks, and fits at home in the mountains. I appreciate that it won't be as widespread as CC.

I think both of the interiors look nice. The stitching on the black looks better than the stitching on the grey, but the grey one vibes better. The flooring of the grey is attractive, but also ridiculous for my uses.

If I had the option, I would have gotten Rivian Blue or Compass Yellow [cries in Compass Yellow tears].

I think the only person that can help you with the call based on your requirements is your wife. She knows you best and should be able to help you with the color that looks best for you. As others have said it's subjective and me telling you what I like is just best for me. I really don't care what others think...it's what I want to see when I walk into the garage and take her out on the road. Just my view. Good luck with figuring it out.

I've seen all the colors in person except Esker Silver. Honestly to get that combo of sporty-professional-masculine won't be easy in one color. You might need to trade-off. I'd go with Half Moon Grey or Midnight Black if you want professional-masculine and Esker Silver, Launch Green, or Glacier White if you want sporty-masculine. My subjective opinion.

I doubt there would be such common consternation over choices if the range of options cut across all editions. Light exterior color+Coastal Cloud interior+20" Bicolor Cabon wheels=No options, (except for white and silver which are non-color schemes for me).

I cxan appreciate trying to balance sporty, professional, and masculline.
Virtually every car these days comes with a dark interior - dark gray or black.
To stand out, go with the light grey Costal Cloud interior.
Lighter colors there say "luxury" and "successful".
For the exterior, Half Moon Grey would be classy and masculine.
Sporty is covered by the fact that you have instant torque and 656 HP at your beck and call.
Best to you, whatever you choose.

I have an LG R1S love the color, get tons of comments, added benefit it is a limited edition color. I would have done LG on the R2 but my wife is the primary driver of that one and wanted white.

Out of your 3 choices I would go LG, then Half Moon Gray, Esker silver would be a distant third.

If you live near a service center and can go see the colors in person you should. They all look way different in the different lighting than you can see in the pictures.
