The R2 is probably better suited for me size wise than either R1 offering. I don't really need a truck, and I don't need a 7 passenger SUV. I would like the smaller size of the R2, which seems like its within an inch of every measurement of the Audi Q5, and therefore can fit in my garage, and some of the tighter charging spots out there.

But I have to admit, unless a service center opens within an hour of me, I probably won't follow through (Southeastern Pennsylvania). When my 12v batteries died, it took mobile service close to 3 weeks to get to me. Maybe mobile service will be better as they have more customers. My R1T (Nov 2022 delivery, 18k miles) has been in for service twice, once towed, once driven in. Nothing against either service center, they seem to have done good work, but its an all day affair to drop off and another day to pick up since both closest service centers are 2.5 hours away, no traffic. Also, upon delivery, my truck needed alignment, something I put off because I didn't want to deal with the drive, particularly to Brooklyn. A customer shouldn't have to decide if something that needs fixing is worth 10 hours of their time (2.5 hours each way, for drop off, and pick up).

Submitted. Currently looking at buying a R1T or Land Rover Defender (I know, not apples to apples) but I can't resist an R2 when they come out... Looks like a great product so I'm excited to buy one.
