Radio Favorites Selection

Hello,
I am unable to navigate through my saved favorite radio stations using the steering wheel controls. Am I doing something wrong or is this normal behavior?

Became normal behavior a few OTA’s back.

Open a case with Support. I did. The current behavior is very annoying.
