Thanks for the update. Very relieved this is happening. Richmond folks are nice enough but it's a haul from the Triangle.Title is enough.
You can start booking in the app Feb 3rd.
If you have an appt for Richmond (or other) you can ask them to transfer the appt to Raleigh.
They won’t be at full capacity while they get going…but will be ramping up as fast as possible. Thanks for the update. Very relieved this is happening. Richmond folks are nice enough but it's a haul from the Triangle.
I expect this service center to be busy—seeing more and more Rivians on the road.
Call Richmond and tell them to flag you to a Raleigh Appt. I have one for Feb 10th for when they start scheduling. This is great timing. I picked up my R1S from Richmond at the end of September. I did a solo trip from Raleigh to Indianapolis and back after Christmas. I used our Mustang Mach e NACs adapter to utilize Tesla Superchargers along the way. On the way back I noticed the suspension was very harsh and it appears the RIS is stuck in firm or something is broken with the suspension. Anyway, I scheduled an appointment with Richmond and I've been going back and forth with them - April 15 is the earliest I can get in there. I hope to get this switched to Raleigh over the next few weeks.
Yes, I've tried multiple times. Quite frankly, I'm not driving it much now as it really is a rough ride in this possible "firm" setting.Call Richmond and tell them to flag you to a Raleigh Appt. I have one for Feb 10th for when they start scheduling.
