Title is enough.

You can start booking in the app Feb 3rd.

If you have an appt for Richmond (or other) you can ask them to transfer the appt to Raleigh.

Thanks for the update. Very relieved this is happening. Richmond folks are nice enough but it's a haul from the Triangle.

I expect this service center to be busy—seeing more and more Rivians on the road.

They won’t be at full capacity while they get going…but will be ramping up as fast as possible.

Be patient with the new staff folks. Overall, all interactions with Rivian have been with folks that really want to do a great job. I have worked with Richmond and Miami SCs and it’s the same at both places.

If it’s small, keep getting Rick out with Mobile to leave the service center for the more complicated issues.

This is great timing. I picked up my R1S from Richmond at the end of September. I did a solo trip from Raleigh to Indianapolis and back after Christmas. I used our Mustang Mach e NACs adapter to utilize Tesla Superchargers along the way. On the way back I noticed the suspension was very harsh and it appears the RIS is stuck in firm or something is broken with the suspension. Anyway, I scheduled an appointment with Richmond and I've been going back and forth with them - April 15 is the earliest I can get in there. I hope to get this switched to Raleigh over the next few weeks.

Call Richmond and tell them to flag you to a Raleigh Appt. I have one for Feb 10th for when they start scheduling.

did you try a hard reset?

Yes, I've tried multiple times. Quite frankly, I'm not driving it much now as it really is a rough ride in this possible "firm" setting.

This is good news indeed. Coupled with the Duncan, SC (Greenville) new service center that is open, and this one in Raleigh, plus the mobile unit in Charlotte, i'm hoping my days of driving to Atlanta are long gone! Was tough going 5 hours either way from Charlotte (Richmond or Atlanta) and I'd been holding off on appointments until these opened up. Got into Duncan Feb 3rd, so super stoked and hope they can take care of my 2024 R1T. The 2022 R1T is scheduled for mobile appointment on Feb 14th here in Charlotte. Hopefully both will be good to go for quite some time after that.

How did you contact Richmond directly?
call the 800 number and ask to be transferred to Richmond. They will transfer you if you already have a SA set up.
