Popped up for my Gen 1, but for the last 3 days i cannot schedule a service visit in the app. when i pick a day and hit confirm it fails 100% of the time "something went sideways, try again later".

Would like to get this fixed. Rivian's horrendous service seems to extend to even scheduling a date through the app!

A late reply to this issue from last week
Received the notice vehicle was part of the recall
Also got the error scheduling thru the app but a quick call to service confirmed the same day and time as app
Called on Thursday and was in on Tuesday at Roswell GA
Service took 1.5 hours

Nope. I was going to ask @JEV the same question.
I didn't notice any problems with Driver Assist prior to taking it in. I just heard there were problems with some early VIN's and they just decided to replace the module on all of the affected vehicles.

Has anyone else received this recall notice? If so, how long did the service take?

Just had mine fixed yesterday. They also found a hydraulic leak and repaired that for no charge.

How long did the repair take?
The recall fix was less than 2 hours - took another 3 hours to fix the hydraulic leak they found. I spent a total of about 5 hours at the center. One of the guys took me for a demo drive in an R1S Gen2 and showed me the autonomy + features as well as other differences between G1 & G2. I'm sure he wanted me to upgrade my R1T. He also showed me a TriMax R1S in the storm Blue - nice! I told him we will the get new software in a new R2 and I will keep my truck till it dies! I have found all the people at the service centers to be extremely helpful, nice, and pleasant.

Took mine in for recall. 2022 R1T, 69000 miles. I was sitting in lobby and got a ping on the iPad for a loaner car. I was like…what…?? Just then service guy from Hazelwood MO came over and said…”yeah we are gonna need to keep yours”. BTW the Hazelwood MO folks are great at the service center. Took me back to get items from truck I needed. They stated the bolt had actually bent into a boomerang shape. The are ordering parts to repair(looks like hub needed replaced as well based on app update w service appointment). Gave me an Ioniq 5 as loaner ..it’s an ok car and will be fine. i just took a 1000 mile trip before so needless to say…good it didn’t snap then. Must be damn good bolts.
