Spoke with my most helpful SC rep, today. I was told this is a known issue with quite a few complaints registered. Unfortunately, there is nothing the SC can do about it. We will just have to hope for a quick solution from Rivian.

I had this same problem a couple weeks back. I believe on one of the Apple Music screens was a not obvious link to “sign in with a different account”. I used that, but logged in with my usual account and that seemed to correct the issue. YMMV.
Thanks. I did this exact procedure and it did restore my AM. Woo-hoo! Using the QR code on the initial screen resulted in the ‘subscription not found’ issue. I repeated the process to pull up a new QR code screen, but rather than using that QR code, I selected the link to “sign in with a different account”. This brought up a new QR code screen. This time, using that QR code did the trick.

Mine seemed to work for a while after the last update, but now is crashing repeatedly again.

I get RJ wanting to own the experience, but you’ve gotta make it work at least as well as CarPlay, or, well, you own the friggin experience dude.
