Repair shop recommendations - Bay Area

Hello,

im looking for a reliable repair shop in the Bay Area. Have you had an accident with your Rivian and got it repaired? If so where did you go?

i used ADS down on 3rd Street SF for full wrap and detailing. While dry lubing the power bed cover i leaned on the bed side panel top and the metal dented. Took it to Pablo and Fernando (Owner Mario's A Team) and they got it out using PDR amazingly it is like new. Body shop work try them...a little more $$ but they baby the vehicle and it looks like new each time i bring it home.

My R1S rearend repair was at Chilton in Santa Clara. State Farm recommended. Fantastic 13K repair. Very satisfied.

I went to B&S Hacienda in Pleasanton. The one closest to 580. Have been in the shop this entire time though, mostly from my own insurance slacking and some parts delays though. The shop itself has been very responsive and keeps me up to date weekly. I should be picking it up this week and will try and remember to provide an update.

Just got my car back yesterday. It's been sitting complete for over a week and the delays have been constant. I would like to mention though that the delays were mostly from insurance dragging their feet on everything. A few from waiting on parts but those were minimal in the total timeline.

I can absolutely recommend B&S Hacienda off Old Santa Rita (they have a few locations). Keenan was the EV specialist and messaged me constantly with updates. He was always responsive and I never had an issue getting a hold of him (unlike my claims adjuster). They're a certified Rivian shop of course so zero issues getting parts or info from Rivian.

I use to work at a body shop years ago so I have an eye for repairs, paint, and blending lines. They did a fantastic job with paint and the blend areas are not noticeable at all. It's basically back to new which is fantastic.

Now it's off to my PPF shop again to get all that replaced and I'll be back in business.
