I have been trying chat for days, it's been down. I called CS, and was a very sad call as the very nice young lady had absolutely ZERO information on any of my questions. There is way more 'news' here than they are able to provide.

Actually, it shows it's down when I access from my account. But the main page doesn't show that.

Yes, appears to be an issue with that specific link (when logged into your account).

I talked to them yesterday as I had to add guests to my first mile appointment, but the events tab wasn’t working….

it said chat unavailable, so I checked later and it was available. The person I talked to said it was super busy that day.

it is likely it goes unavailable if the queue gets to a certain length.

Still strange to have different behaviors on what should essentially be the same widget. Pretty sure there is just a problem on the account page help link.
