Anyone else use the built-in Chat interface on the Rivian - Support Contact webpage? I did for the first time just now. I'll just post the copy & paste that I saved. Nothing earth-shattering here, but at least some of it goes beyond "more info to follow soon" canned response.

If others give it a go, do the same thing and post copy of any interesting responses

start every chat with "hoping you're not a bot"
add "riddle me this" before any question
suggest extreme security measure to see how representative responds

Sometimes, the rather vague responses sound like those received by a hostage negotiator when they're granted a short phone conversation with one of the hostages:

Q: Are they treating you all well in there?

A: Yes, they are treating us very well. Everything is fine and everyone is OK.

Q: Do you or any of the other hostages have a cell phone with which you can safely send us some pictures from inside?

A: Thank you for asking. Their teams' "internal security procedures" took care of that. Those items are no longer "inside".

Q: Riddle me this: Have they given you any idea as to their plans for an ultimate release and what price they expect in return?

A: Our captors will be reaching out to you very, very soon to discuss those options.

Q: One last, very important question. Without alerting them, can you give us any indication as to what the Launch Green looks like?

A: I can say that it looks absolutely amaz.......click.....

I didn't do a screenshot, but I talked to a cs rep today and he didn't want to tell me the difference in range between the R1S and T or the different drag coefficient. All I got was they'll both have 300+ miles of range ughh. One response I did get [ kind of] was that the R1S will soon have an option for a full size spare tire. Not sure of it'll be with the 5 seat option only, or maybe some type of accessory, but I was happy to hear that.

I happened to also chat with the reps this morning. I was curious how the swag store was coming, and in the same answer, I got both "later this year" and "very soon".
