Rivian-adjacent content at least, not sure which fared worse as the driver didn't stop (of course). Ripped one of the bolts from the foundation and bent the stand. This was after they hit two curbs on the driveway.

Side note, as someone that has a company that deals with support issues, let me tell you, getting through to a human, and a useful one at that, at Amazon, is an exercise in patience, tolerance and anger management! Shockingly bad for a company that has/had the strapline of "Earth’s most customer-centric company."!

Yup. Customer-centric as long as your problem fit into one of the pre-scripted scenarios. Anything off-script, the fleshy "robots" don't know what to do. Typical for large cumbersome businesses (healthcare industry comes to mind).

Fed-Ex isn't much better. They backed into our house and it took weeks to finally get through to the right person/department, then on top of that it took months to resolve.
