Does anyone have any specifics on the Enduro drive unit Oil Filters?
Things such as thread size and pitch, unit length etc.
Or even better when they can be purchased.

Well there is that
I was looking at adapting some of our existing Tesla parts for the R1S and R1T that's. There is zero parts availability for Rivian in Australia, and zero cars

It’s a closed system. You don’t need an oil filter here.

From the tear down video it appeared to be. Unless entirely coincidental they had a standard spin on Rivian branded oil filter sitting with the torn apart motors.

Buy a report from Munro. Thats what they do teardowns for. It’s not just a YouTube thing.

You have 9 years to find out the size of the filter. That's the Rivian recommended service interval. This filter is in place to capture any manufacturing debris that may exist when the vehicle is new, and to capture debris if there is a failure inside the unit. It does not need routine maintenance any more than an ICE automatic transmission needs a new filter - when was the last time you replace the filter on an ICE transmission?
