?‍♂. I’m not en efficiency nut and put these on at 25 miles on the clock.

What I do know is I have 2 Ts with 20”, and S with 20” and an S with these 22”. The S with 22” is more efficient.
Do you have a preference for overall ride quality between the 20’s and 22’s?

I think the 20s ride better, but prefer the look of the 22s. I hated the street tire on the 22s so I bought knowing immediately I would put on the 22 AT.

1st pic is the OEM street tire, the other 2 are the AT.

Those Contis look sick! How have they been working out for efficiency and noise? You said elsewhere they were better than the 20s.

Sounds good. I thought about it just now for about two hours straight, I’m going to go with the Rivian, I booked yet another demo drive for tomorrow. I’d love the quad…but the only ones I see have 22s. I’d want the more efficient option since it will be my first EV, and I’d rather the All-Terrains, plus the DM with all terrain is closer to my budget of 90k vs the quad at about 97. Maybe in the future, quad ;).
I’d consider the dual (for range) and get the 22’. They’re way better looking on the vehicle. Comments by others relating to noise or ride quality does not align with my experience as Rivian is amazing. I owned a Model Y and the Rivian is immensely superior to that and better than any other car that I’ve owned (Tesla, Audi, BMW).

We have not regretted the R1S quad motor 22’ sport purchase. We have never had range anxiety (like we did with the Tesla) and in fact, our range increases as we drive even on the highway at >75 m/h. Yesterday, we saw the range add 15 miles on a 90 mile journey! I’ve also used the Conserve mode in situations where I wanted to get home with plenty of range to spare. The larger battery compared to the Tesla really makes a difference.

Noise is a non-issue (to be fair I never drove the S before I put the Conti on. I changed them in my shop the day it was delivered). Efficiency I have no clue. Still slightly better than my other R1s with 20s so I would say minimum to no impact.

I’m also not clocking lots of miles. In 4 months it’s been 1600 Miles. All miles on the Conti tires.

Electric is the way to go if you install a charger! If you like having the option of clearance if needed the R1S is it! I had one issue with the onboard AC charger around 900 miles. They replaced it and no problems at 9000miles. I drive 85-90 pretty often without much loss, it's the 0 to 111 that will hammer your range (but so much fun). Once you go EV you will never look back! The R1s is hands down the best SUV on the road at the moment! You can't go wrong buying it!

Going for the dual motor performance in white w/ ocean cost and 22inch black for $98,250, has the xpel front protection also. You can take a look at it in the Rivian shop.
