It has been a week since I closed on my R1s, wondering how long it takes the referral rewards to show up in my app. What has been your experience, just asking before I call someone.

10 days. 2 weeks at the most.

I took delivery of my R1S on 12/13 and got an email yesterday that my rewards were posted to my account.

I took delivery at the end of Sept 2024, and I also just my rewards posted to my account on 12/20/2024. I think they just got caught up on a backlog.

I never got mine so who knows. multiple attempts at contacting and I get ghosted every time I bring it up.

Took delivery late afternoon 1-29-25 and reward points posted to our account late afternoon 2-6-25. Eight days is fast. Figured it would take a lot longer.

I submitted it when I signed the intent to purchase with the configuration choice and deposit.

Took delivery Dec. 26. 47 days ago. Still no rewards for me or the person who gave me the referral. Rivian ghosting both of us. Terrible way to do business. If you aren’t going to fulfill the rewards, don’t offer them. I lost a lot of respect for them for their inability to even reply to TWO customers who spent over $100k on their product.
