Rivian Tualatin SC Kudos

I had the Rivian mobile tech out to my house for a tire rotation in late April. During his inspection he noticed some fluid seep from the front passenger-side drive unit. This required a visit to the Tualatin SC which I scheduled for 05/09. (They could have done the work sooner but my schedule didn't permit.) I drove the R1T to the SC around 10am, got a loaner R1T while my Rivian was being worked on, and picked got my truck back around 4PM. It was being charged when I got there.

Just got my truck back from Tualatin for the tailgate not latching on the passenger side so that the truck thought that the tailgate was always open. They fixed it in a few hours (replaced both latches) and I was on my way. James there was great to talk to.

I’ve had great service at both Portland and Tualatin so from my perspective, either works well.
