I had to go on computer and select 5 Ghz only in order for charger to find my network. Odd since most people said needed to be set to the 2.4 Ghz only setting, which didn't work for me, wall charger didn't see network at that setting or the auto setting. ANyway, nice U tube videos showing how to temporarily change your router over to one or the other setting (try both before giving up since mine wanted the 5 Ghz setting only). Then you can go back to the auto setting once paired and connected. Good luck, more painful then it should be! Steve
