I had to go on computer and select 5 Ghz only in order for charger to find my network. Odd since most people said needed to be set to the 2.4 Ghz only setting, which didn't work for me, wall charger didn't see network at that setting or the auto setting. ANyway, nice U tube videos showing how to temporarily change your router over to one or the other setting (try both before giving up since mine wanted the 5 Ghz setting only). Then you can go back to the auto setting once paired and connected. Good luck, more painful then it should be! Steve

I just set my up last week. Paring with bluetooth and wifi was not simple. The pairing took many attempts including turning bluetooth on/off, deleting the device from my android phone. When it paired and it was time to connect with wifi, it showed a couple networks but it didn't show mine even though my truck was about 15 feet from the router. I have a dual band wifi router. I tried entering in the ssid but still failed, so I had to go back out a step and come back in and then my wifi network showed up in the list.

I feel I just got lucky or just persistent enough that I it stumbled it way through. It working now but I hope that isn't how it is for everyone. Silly...
