Rivian's Registration Ineptness

Mine was pretty seamless in Massachusetts. I did have to make a trip to the registry myself but Rivian early AM overnighted all the documents to me. My contact at the Rivian Delivery Scheduling team has been super helpful and responsive, much more so than my guide who I haven't really interacted with at all other than a few texts.

I've got a registration and plates now - just need to truck! Delivery scheduled for 9/1.

Update. My temp plates expire tonight. This morning we received both the extended temp plates (out to October) AND the actual Colorado plates and registration. I guess they were hedging their bets. Now to see when the title arrives.

They outsourced it to some company that obviously can't do the job.

Granted this is rarely a problem because in most states the dealer is licensed in the state where you are registering it so you can still go get plates or registration pending paperwork.

This aside I saw they were hiring for people to fix this if you want a job!
