Sandy Munro takes the R1T to an off-road park. According to Sandy, the R1T outclassed the Jeeps that were there, although Cory says Sandy hasn't regularly off-roaded in 2 decades. Interesting that the R1T was on 21 aeros without the underbody armor.

I'd like to see them tow a trailer that's well over the rating. I'm surprised the truck didn't complain about the excessive payload, I would think they should be able to have a general idea of it based on how much air is in the suspension, but maybe they don't have pressure sensors on the bags?

Interesting , funny, informative... But really Sandy ? You beat the Sh1t out of that vehicle because it's gonna be torn down. Everyone else has to drive their vehicle and probably owes $$ on it. So no they were not out to "damn the torpedoes full speed ahead", but instead out to have fun and come back time after time after time. Just my dos centavos.

I don't think you can tell that by looking - isn't the underbody shield under the carbon fiber?

Nope. It’s plain to see the difference.

is it? I was told at the factory the shield is sandwiched between the battery and the black plastic / carbon fiber. I know this has been on ongoing source of contention / confusion.
